I chose this hotel for attending a convention and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel provides guests with 4 conference rooms, which were spacious and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and the overall experience was great.

The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. It was difficult to stay connected and this hindered my productivity during my stay.

Location near Spadici. Short way from the restaurant trattoria la pentola.

For dads, it would be great to have more shaded areas by the swimming pool for families with children.

The hotel is surrounded by woodland (pine and evergreen oak), It is 3 minutes walk to the sea-shore and 15 minutes to the town centre. The restaurant offers a good range of freshly prepared, buffet-style food for breakfast and evening meal.

The lounge and bar perhaps need more comfortable seating and certainly need better lights than the existing ceiling ones. With the regard to bill payment, it was unsettling to have the bill computed on the basis of 'the day's exchange rate' when leaving. We were not told what this was nor was it clear from the bill. It would be more transparent if the bill is either paid or at least fixed upfront at the time of booking.

This hotel was the most expensive (75 euros) we had throughout a 15-day trip in Croatia, yet it was the only one without air conditioning. The room was also one of the smallest we had on this trip.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to services like printing, scanning, and photocopying within the hotel premises.

It was a nice hotel compare with price. for a short holiday is ok, very close to Porec.

The bilding doesn't look very well, but was clean and the services was good.

It is very convenient access to the beach. The view from the balcony is good and hot plates were also grate!

No refrigerator in the room

pical sunny hotel exceeded my expectations during this stay in porec. the buffet meals were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the view of the sea was absolutely stunning and made our experience even better.

variety and quality of food. staff is helpful and friendly. hotel is located in a nice park 15 mins walk from the beautiful city center of Porec.

the hotel is a classic example of a soviet-style architecture -- you can feel the touch of soviet era everywhere in the hotel: bare concrete of walls and ceilings, general layout of the hotel, etc. You can hear what is going on in all surrounding rooms through the concrete walls. Those from the former Soviet Union will feel like being somewhere in Crimea or Sochi in mid 80-s. In our room there was no air conditioning (or even air vent). Air ventilation is one of the hotel's weak points - from time to time you can feel a vast variety of unpleasant smells.

Food is great!

Not having air con these days is bad... but having to pay to rent a fan is unacceptable. They should change this policy asap

One of the three bars let me enjoy the sunset with a glass of the best Istrian wine, transporting me to a state of pure bliss.

Food is very good but after 2 weeks the menu had run its course. Hotel needs money spending on it. Tiling around the pool and the general look of the hotel but it is clean and the staff & animation team are excellent.
